APPETIZERS: Mardi Gras Salad with greens, mandarin oranges, cabbage, bacon & pecans on the side along with a charcuterie tray of tasty goodies!

ENTREE/SIDES: Herb Roasted Chicken, Andoui Sausage, wild rice pilaf, buttered roasted potatoes, buttered baby carrots & roll

BEVERAGES: Water, coffee and tea are included with dinner Cash bar available.
