Submit an application for your child to join our Pre-School Program (must be 4 years old by August 30, 2026, and fully toilet trained).

EdChoice Scholarship Program
The EdChoice Scholarship Program offers an excellent opportunity for families to access a high-quality Catholic education at St. Anthony of Padua School. Funded by the state of Ohio, this program allows students from designated public schools—or those who meet income eligibility requirements—to receive scholarships to attend participating private schools.
If your child is entering Kindergarten through 7th grade, or currently attends a public school, your family may qualify for this scholarship.

Important Notes

Referral must be mentioned during initial contact with the school.

The referring family’s name must be completed on the enrollment application.
