The St. Anthony of Padua Pre-School Program is licensed by the Ohio Department of Education. Our teacher and assistant teacher are certified by the State of Ohio and complete annual professional development required by the state and the Diocese of Cleveland for the health and safety of our students.
Our goal is to give your child a positive educational and spiritual foundation that he or she can build upon in future learning. Multi-sensory activities will keep your child engaged and promote a love of learning. Students will learn to follow school routines. Our classes provide a Catholic education through which gospel values are presented, lived and fostered. Your child will be encouraged to develop a healthy self-image and a respect for others while preparing for Kindergarten using the Pre-Kindergarten Curriculum and Academic Guidelines prepared by the Diocese of Cleveland, which aligns with the Ohio Department of Education Early Learning Content Standards. The Pre-School class attends Related Academics Classes, including Art, Physical Education, Spanish and STEM, helping our students learn to navigate the entire St. Anthony of Padua School campus.
